Roof Inspections

There are many reasons to complete a roof inspection. It may be for a roof repair estimate; assessing the condition of shingles, gutters, tuckpointing, etc. as part of your routine maintenance; a real estate appraisal / pre-buy inspection; insurance adjuster claims; or even solar panel installation & maintenance. The use of sUAS (commonly referred to as drones) has been proven to be more efficient, produce more precise measurements than traditional methods, and dramatically improve safety by allowing individuals to remain on the ground. AutumnAIR LLC is capable of producing high resolution images of critical structures and areas of concern, orthomosaic maps of the entire roof, or 3D images. Even areas of a roof that can be particularly hazardous or inaccessible to manual inspection are within reach of our sUAS.

Detailed Roof Report

Provides a property overview, 98% accuracy of surface, perimeter, pitch, surface area, and edge measurements. Identifies edge type. Great for materials estimates for roofing projects.

Annotation Reports

Customizable reports with annotation tables including location, distance, area, and volume measurements. Identify areas requiring further inspection of physical damage, ice/water damage, chimney tuckpointing, stand pipe boots, flashing, gutters, etc.

2D Orthomosaic Map

This is a georeferenced 2D "aerial photo" of your property rendered from stitching together hundreds of individual low altitude images and removing any distortion to produce far greater detail than would be capable from a single image taken at an altitude high enough to capture the entire property.

3D Point Cloud Modeling

Capable of producing high density georeferenced data points for export into industry-standard software for further analysis and 3D modeling of structures.
