Safety of operations is our number one concern. We will not conduct any flight operations which the pilot has deemed pose undue safety concerns for our personnel, our customer, the general public, our equipment, or property. We will attempt to mitigate identified safety concerns to the best of our ability in order to carry out requested missions. If we are unable to reasonably accommodate mission requests due to circumstances outside our control, we will work with our customers to find a suitable alternative.
